R-20-00 02/28/2000RESOLUTION R- - no RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL TO USE METAL EXTERIOR PANELS FOR A BUILDING ADDITION AT THE K -5 CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION. WHEREAS, K-5 Construction Corporation is the owner of the property located at 13769 Main Street in the Village of Lemont; and, WHEREAS, K-5 Construction Corporation is proposing to expand their office facility located at 13769 Main Street in the Village of Lemont; and, WHEREAS, Village of Lemont Ordinance 0 -69 -98 establishing exterior facade requirements for structures other than single family and townhouse construction provides for the sole use of face brick, split face masonry, stucco, EIFS, or other approved composite systems for buildings of this nature; and, WHEREAS, Village of Lemont Ordinance 0 -69 -98 also allows the Board the option to approve metal exteriors on a case by case basis. NOW,'1HEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that upon Board consideration of the attached proposal, the use of metal exterior panels for office building addition at the K-5 Construction Corporation is hereby approved.
