DATE OF APPROVAL . -z-Z4 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF CONSOLIDATION (Lot 1 & 2, Forzley Subdivision - 127th Street and Walter Street) WHEREAS, the petitioner, US Postal Service, is the owner of certain property consisting of 2 (two) parcels generally located on 127th Street and Walter Street in Lemont, Illinois and legally described in Exhibit "A" attached; and WHEREAS, the petitioner desires to consolidate the property into one parcel; and WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a one (1) lot Plat of Consolidation for the subject property; and WHEREAS, the Plat of Consolidation is in substantial conformance with the physical development policies and standards of the Village of Lemont; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance 834, the Community Development Director has recommended approval of the Plat of Consolidation; and NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont that the Plat of Consolidation for 2 (two) parcels) on the northwest corner of 127th Street and Walter Street, Lemont, which are attached hereto and made part hereof, are hereby approved.
