RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF CONSOLIDATION
(Lot 1 & 2, Forzley Subdivision - 127th Street and Walter Street)
WHEREAS, the petitioner, US Postal Service, is the owner of certain property
consisting of 2 (two) parcels generally located on 127th Street and Walter Street in
Lemont, Illinois and legally described in Exhibit "A" attached; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner desires to consolidate the property into one parcel; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a one (1) lot Plat of Consolidation for the
subject property; and
WHEREAS, the Plat of Consolidation is in substantial conformance with the
physical development policies and standards of the Village of Lemont; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance 834, the Community Development Director has
recommended approval of the Plat of Consolidation; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Lemont that the Plat of Consolidation for 2 (two) parcels) on the northwest
corner of 127th Street and Walter Street, Lemont, which are attached hereto and made
part hereof, are hereby approved.

CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
1) The number of full access curb cuts onto 127th street shall be limited to one (1); and
2) In the event that the postal facility is not constructed and/or the subject property is sold or
transferred to a new owner, the 24 -foot ingress /egress easement shall be replatted by the
then current owner of said property.
