K- a-61-0u DATE OF APPROVAL 7.- Zt-cas RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF VACATION OF CROSS ACCESS EASEMENT ( Lot 1 & 2 Forzley Subdivision, 127th Street and Walter Street) WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont has received a Plat of Vacation of cross access easement, attached as Exhibit "B", for property located on 127th Street (US Postal Service) in Lemont, Illinois which is legally described in Exhibit "A" attached; and WHEREAS, the cross access easement will not be utilized as part of the proposed development; and WHEREAS, the vacation of said easement will allow for more orderly development of the property. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont that the Plat of Easement Vacation attached hereto be hereby approved.
