OF SUBDIVISION FOR SKENDER SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the petitioner is the owner of certain property consisting of approximately eight acres,
located at on 13th Street in unincorporated Homer Township and legally described in Exhibit "A," attached;
and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has submitted the Final Plat of Subdivision for the subject property,
which is known as Skender Subdivision, attached hereto as Exhibit "B ";
WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Subdivision is in substantial conformance with the physical
development policies and standards of the Village of Lemont.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Lemont that theFinal Plat for Skender Subdivision, which is attached hereto and made part hereof, is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
