R-29-01 Authorizing a Ward of Contract to Unique Plumbing Company in Conjunction with the 2000 Road Program & Water Main Replacement (Phase 3)RESOLUTION ?- / RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO UNIQUE PLUMBING COMPANY IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2000 ROAD PROGRAM & WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT (PHASE III) WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont requires repairs to various Village streets and utilities; and WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont seeks to utilize the construction firm of Unique Plumbing Company; and WHEREAS, Unique Plumbing Company has submitted a low bid for such work in the amount of $1,008,629.05. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees that the Contract with Unique Plumbing Company is hereby approved.
