RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF CONSOLIDATION
(Zemira and Dorothy Jones )
WHEREAS, the petitioners Zemira and Dorothy Jones are the owners of certain
property consisting of Lots 27, 28 and Lot 29 in Ruffled Feathers Subdivision generally located
southeast of Archer Avenue in Lemont, Illinois and legally described in Exhibit "A" attached;
and
WHEREAS, the petitioners desire to consolidate the property into one parcel; and
WHEREAS, the petitioners have prepared a one (1) lot Plat of Consolidation for the
subject property; and
WHEREAS, the Plat of Consolidation is in substantial conformance with the physical
development policies and standards of the Village of Lemont; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance 0- 25 -99, the Community Development Director
has recommended approval of the Plat of Consolidation.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Lemont that the Plat of Consolidation for Zemira and Dorothy Jones, which is
attached hereto and made part hereof, is hereby approved subject to the following conditions
to be satisfied prior to execution and recordation.
1. An acceptable plan for relocation of the storm sewer and a letter of credit or other
security to guarantee the same is to be submitted.
2. The owner shall submit utility company consents for the abrogation of easements.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL, AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS,
