A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PLAT OF DEDICATION
FOR WALKER ROAD
(Century Care Management)
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont has received a plat of dedication for part of Walker
Road, attached hereto and legally described in Exhibit "A ", which is made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, said dedication is will provide necessary right -of -way for part of Walker
Road; and
WHEREAS, said dedication is required as part of the annexation agreement requirements
of the Amberwood Planned Unit Development; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President, and Board of Trustees that
the Plat of Dedication attached hereto be hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS,
on this 27th day of January, 2003.
