WHEREAS, Phil Cullen, Eagle Ridge Enterprises, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "the Petitioner ", is the contract owner of an approximately 11 acre parcel, hereinafter referred to as "the subject property" with the P.I.N. #'s: 22 -31- 202 -004 and 22 -31 -401 -007 in Lemont, Illinois, said parcel legally described in Exhibit "A" attached to this Ordinance. WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Preliminary Plat of Subdivision; and WHEREAS, the petitioner has submitted the Preliminary Plat of Subdivision for the South Pointe development, attached hereto as Exhibit `B "; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont have determined the proposed subdivision to be in the best interest of the Village of Lemont. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees that the Preliminary Plat of Subdivision, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby approved.
