VILLAGE OF LEMONT ORDINANCE NO. ©-5`5 -v - ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 15.02.040 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED PLUMBING FEES ADOPTED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT This 26th day of August, 2002. ORDINANCE NOQ ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 15.02.040 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED PLUMBING FEES BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont, Counties of Cook, Will and DuPage, State of Illinois, that Section 15.02.040.B.6 of the Lemont Municipal Code of Ordinance, titled Plumbing Fees, is hereby amended as follows 6. Water meters: a. 3/4" meter: $150.00 All ether meters. Cost plus installation 0) b. 4ftstal4atien4handling fee ) $100.00 This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in the manner provided by law. The Village Clerk of the Village of Lemont shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in pamphlet form.
