RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION
FOR GALLAGHER & HENRY'S COVINGTON KNOLLS
PHASE 6B
WHEREAS, the petitioner is the owner of certain property consisting of approximately 16.08
acres generally located south of McCarthy Road in Lemont, Illinois and legally described in Exhibit
"A" attached; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Final Plat of Subdivision for the subject property,
which is known as "Covington Knolls, Phase 6B "; and
WHEREAS the petitioner has submitted the Final Plat of Subdivision for a subdivision to
be known as "Covington Knolls, Phase 6B ", attached hereto as Exhibit "B ", and;
WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Subdivision is in substantial conformance with the physical
development policies and standards of the Village of Lemont; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Subdivision is in conformance with the Preliminary Plat of
Subdivision as approved by Village Board Ordinance 849.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Lemont that the Final Plat for "Covington Knolls, Phase 6B" , which is attached hereto
and made part hereof, is hereby approved.
