OF SUBDIVISION FOR THE CONSOLIDATED LOTS 17 AND 18 IN CHESTNUT
CROSSING SUBDIVISION, IN LEMONT, IL
WHEREAS, Chestnut Crossing Trust, hereinafter referred to as "the Petitioner ", is the contract
owner of an approximately 1 -acre parcel, hereinafter referred to as "the subject property" with the P.I.N.
22- 33- 107 -004 in Lemont, Illinois, said parcel legally described in Exhibit "A" attached to this
Ordinance.
WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared the Final Plat of Subdivision for lot 17/18 in plat of
consolidation in Chestnut Crossing; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has submitted the Final Plat of Subdivision for two (2) townhome
buildings, attached hereto as Exhibit "B"; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont have determined the
proposed subdivision to be in the best interest of the Village of Lemont.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees that
pursuant to the Village Subdivision Ordinance 0 -56 -02 the subdivision plat of consolidation of lots 17
and 18 in Chestnut Crossing, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby approved upon
payment of land cash payments in the amount of nineteen thousand two hundred and sixty -two dollars
and twenty -one cents ($19,262.21).
1. Park District - $15,538.00
2. Elementary School - $ 2,200.00
3. Junior High School - $ 793.78S
4. Senior High School - $ 730.43
Total: S19,262.21
