ORDINANCE NO. £9 /6)-049- AN ORDINANCE GRANTING THE REQUEST FOR REZONING FOR A 32,675 SQUARE FOOT PARCEL AT 15236 WEST 127m STREET FROM COOK COUNTY R -4 ZONING (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT) TO R -3 ZONING (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT) IN LEMONT, ILLINOIS WHEREAS, Jess P. and Emily Wildhirt, hereinafter referred to as "the Petitioners ", are the owners of an approximately 32,675 square foot parcel, hereinafter referred to as "the subject property ", located at 15236 West 127th Street, in Lemont, Illinois. WHEREAS, the Petitioners made application under the provisions of the Lemont Zoning Ordinance for the rezoning of the parcel in question to R -3 Zoning (Single Family Residence District) from Cook County R-4 Zoning (Single Family Residence District), pursuant under Section XVIII J. WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Lemont, Illinois, in accordance with said Zoning Ordinance, conducted a Public Hearing on the petition on December 04 2001; WHEREAS, a notice of the aforesaid Public Hearing was made in the manner provided by law and was published in the Lemont Reporter Met, a newspaper of general circulation within the Village; and WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended approval of the rezoning to the Village Board; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont, that the Petitioners, Jess P. and Emily Wildhirt, be granted the requested rezoning to R -3 Zoning (Single Family Residence District) from Cook County R-4 Zoning (Single Family Residence District). Section 1. A zoning map amendment is granted to allow the change in the zoning classification of 15236 West 127th Street to R -3 Zoning (Single Family Residence District) from Cook County R-4 Zoning (Single Family Residence District), as illustrated in the Plat of Survey attached as Exhibit "A ".
