AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAN/PLAT
APPROVAL AND A SPECIAL USE FOR A 24 -UNIT TOWNHOME RESIDENTIAL
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) ON AN APPROXIMATELY SEVEN -
ACRE SITE LOCATED AT 1201 McCARTHY ROAD IN LEMONT, ILLINOIS
(COVINGTON KNOLLS TOWNHOMES PHASE 3)
WHEREAS, Orchard Hill Building Company, d/b /a Gallagher & Henry, hereinafter
referred to as "the Petitioner ", is the owner of approximately seven acres, hereinafter referred to as
"the subject property", PIN 22 -28- 202 -004, in Lemont, Illinois; and
WHEREAS, the Petitioner submitted an application under the provisions of the
Village of Lemont Unified Development Ordinance, Ordinance # 0- 07 -08, as amended,
hereinafter referred to as the "Unified Development Ordinance" to receive approval of a
Preliminary and Final Plan /Plat of Subdivision and a Special Use for a Planned Unit
Development (PUD); and,
WHEREAS, said application was recommended for approval with conditions by the
Planning and Zoning Commission of the Village of Lemont on March 18, 2009 after a public
hearing conducted in accordance with the Unified Development Ordinance; and,
WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees passed Ordinance 0 -43 -09 on the 8th day
of June, 2009, approving said application; and
WHEREAS, the Petitioner has submitted a revised Final Plat of Subdivision for the
subject property, which has been reviewed in accordance with the Unified Development
Ordinance;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Lemont that said Ordinance 0 -43 -09 is hereby amended as follows:
1. Exhibit D, Final Plat of Subdivision, dated 5/29/09, is replaced with said revised
Plat of Subdivision, two sheets, prepared by Engineering Resource Associates and
dated September 8, 2010, attached;
2. All other provisions, obligations and conditions of Ordinance 0 -43 -09 remain.

TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL,
