A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION FOR A TWO
LOT SUBDIVISION AT 11 CUSTER IN THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT
(Lichlyter Subdivision)
WHEREAS, the petitioner is the owner of certain property consisting of approximately
three acres legally described in Exhibit "A ", which is attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a final plat for a two lot subdivision entitled
Lichlyter Subdivision, attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "B"; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Subdivision is in substantial conformance with the
physical development policies and standards of the Village of Lemont; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees have determined that the proposed
Final Plat of Subdivision to be in the best interest of the Village of Lemont; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Lemont that the Final Plat of Subdivision for Lichlyter Subdivision, which is
attached hereto and made part hereof, is hereby approved subject to the following conditions:
1. All signatures shall be executed on the plat prior to recordation;
2. The existing residence at 11 E. Custer shall be demolished prior to recording the plat;
3. The plat of subdivision shall provide for utility and drainage easements in accordance
with the Lemont Subdivision Ordinance.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL, AND DUPAGE,
ILLINOIS, ON THIS 22ND DAY OF JANUARY, 2007.
