RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WARRANTY DEEDS
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
1018 SALIM PLACE AND 1019 SALIM PLACE
IN BUFFETT HARBOR SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Village Board on November 27, 2000, approved a final plat of subdivision for
the development known as Buffett Harbor Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, Michelle T. Forzley, Trustee of the Michelle T. Forzley Trust (Grantor), has donated
certain property to the Village of Lemont for use as a public detention area; and
WHEREAS, Michelle T. Forzley, as Trustee under the provisions of deeds in trust pursuant to a
Trust Agreement dated the 21g day of December, 1998, as the owner of record of the property legally
described in Exhibits A and B attached hereto and made a part hereof, has conveyed and warranted said
property to the Village of Lemont by warranty deed dated November 2, 2005; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Lemont hereby accepts the attached
Warranty Deeds for property legally described in Exhibits A and B with the following condition:
That any and all real estate taxes due and payable prior to the date of said conveyance will remain the
responsibility of the Grantor.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL, AND DU PAGE, ILLINOIS on this 22nd
day of January ,2007.
