RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WARRANTY DEED
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 600 /800 STEPHEN STREET a /k/a 410 E. DIVISION STREET
P.I.N. 22-29-202-026
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont seeks to construct a flood control reservoir in the area known
as Lemont Castle Bowl; and
WHEREAS, in order to construct this public improvement it is necessary to acquire private property;
and
WHEREAS, Dean and Joan Gross have conveyed property to the Village of Lemont legally described
in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Lemont hereby accepts the attached
Warranty Deed for property legally described in Exhibit A and recorded with the Cook County Clerk on
November 6, 2006 as Document #0631005000, subject to the terms of the Warranty Deed attached hereto as
Exhibit A.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL, AND DU PAGE, ILLINOIS on this 12th
day of February ,2007.
