RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PERMANENT DRAINAGE EASEMENT
26 PINE NEEDLES (MARKAUSKAS)
LOT 145 IN RUFFLED FEATHERS SUBDIVISION
PIN NO. 22-34-107-001
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont has received a Plat of Easement for Permanent
Drainage Easement at 26 Pine Needles, attached hereto as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, said Plat of Easement allows for construction of a storm sewer to service the
property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Lemont that the Plat of Easement attached hereto as Exhibit A is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS, on this
23rd day of April, 2007.
