A RESOULTION ACCEPTING LAND FOR PUBLIC USE FROM
LEMONT PARK DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont and the Lemont Park District entered into a Intergovernmental
Agreement on January 22, 2007 (R- 13 -07); and
WHEREAS, the Intergovernmental Agreement requires that the Lemont Park District deed over
property for public use to the Village of Lemont; and
WHEREAS, on May 24th, 2007, the Lemont Park District executed a Quiet Claim Deed
conveying the below subject property to the Village of Lemont.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Lemont that the Village of Lemont accepts the following property from the Lemont
Park District.
Quit Claim Deed for Public Use to include portions of PIN's 22 -29- 202 - 016 -0000; 22- 29 -202-
033- 0000;22 -29- 202 - 034 -0000; 22-29-202-035-0000; 22-29-202-042-0000; and, 22-29-202-043-0000 as
described in Exhibit A.
