RESOLUTION NO. k— Tb •c- 7 RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION FOR AN APPROXIMATELY 8.85 ACRE PARCEL LOCATED AT 15338, 15350 AND 15362 WEST 127TH STREET IN LEMONT, ILLINOIS (Ashbury Woods 3) WHEREAS, Donven Homes, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "the Petitioner ", is the owner of approximately 8.85 acres, hereinafter referred to as "the subject property", generally located at 15338,15350 and 15362 west 127th street, in Lemont, Illinois; said parcel is legally described in Exhibit A attached to this Ordinance; and WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Final Plat of Subdivision for the subject property, which is known as Ashbury Woods Unit 3 Subdivision; and WHEREAS the petitioner has submitted a Final Plat of Subdivision attached hereto as Exhibit B, and; WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Subdivision is in substantial conformance with the physical development policies and standards of the Village of Lemont. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont that the Final Plat of Subdivision for Woodglen Subdivision, which is attached hereto and made part hereof, is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: 1. All signatures shall be executed on the plat prior to recordation. 2. Prior to recordation of the final plat of subdivision a Letter of Credit shall be submitted to the Village of Lemont.
