A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROVAL OF THE FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION
FOR A THREE -ACRE PARCEL LOCATED AT 12806 ARCHER AVENUE
IN LEMONT, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, Joseph Basiorka and Stanislaw Zalinski, hereinafter referred to as "the Petitioners". are the
owners of a approximately three acres located at 12806 Archer Avenue, in Lemont, Illinois, hereinafter referred
to as "the subject property" and legally described in Exhibit "A" attached to this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Petitioners prepared a Preliminary Plat of Subdivision of the subject property; and
WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees approved said Plat by Resolution R -06 -05 on February 14,
2005; and
WHEREAS, the Petitioners submitted a Final Plat of Subdivision for approval, attached to this
Resolution as Exhibit `B "; and
WHEREAS, said submitted Final Plat retains the design characteristics of the approved Preliminary
Plat; and
WHEREAS, the President and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont have determined the
proposed subdivision to be in the best interests of the Village of Lemont,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Lemont, that the Final Plat of Subdivision, which is attached as Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof, is hereby
approved.
