R-27-06 03/27/20061 RESOLUTION — ;� 0 P.I.N. 22 -34- 101 -007 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PERMANENT WATER MAIN EASEMENT WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont has received a supplemental easement for a water main on Derby Road that will help add more capacity to the proposed 131St Street water main extension, and WHEREAS, said Permanent Water Main Easement allows for the water main to be properly located in a dedicated easement. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont that the Permanent Water Main Easement attached hereto is hereby approved. PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS, on this 27th day of March, 2006.
