R-42-06 05/08/2006RESOLUTION ( oZ- (9 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PLAT OF DEDICATION 127th Street (Advocate Professional Office Building) PIN 22 -32- 100 -008 WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont desires to accept a Plat of Dedication for 127th Street (in front of the Advocate Professional Office Building), and WHEREAS, approval of said Plat of Dedication will allow for the 127th Street construction operations. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont that the Plat of Dedication attached hereto is hereby approved. As it turns out, such easement does not exist, and the original surveyor you hired is out of business. In order to rectify this error, enclosed please find a Plat of Dedication for 17 -feet of 127th Street for the Lemont Professional Office Building, located at 15900 West 127th Street, in the Village of Lemont. At this time I lm requesting that you Rign, as indicated, as part of your original Building Department obligation, and return the Plat to me for recording. Please do all you can to return it to me by March 24, 2006. Should you have any questions concerning this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me.
