RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A TRUSTEE'S DEED
(Rolling Meadows Phase III, Lot C)
WHEREAS, the Village Board on December 9, 2003, approved a final plat of
subdivision for the development known as Rolling Meadows; and
WHEREAS, Pat and John Jurinek d/b /a New Horizon Homes, is interested in donating a
certain described parcel, known as Outlot C, to the Village of Lemont; and
WHEREAS, Hinsbrook Bank and Trust, as Trustee under the provisions of a deed or
deeds in trust, duly recorded and delivered to said bank in pursuance of a Trustee Agreement
dated the 26th day of August, 2002, and known as Trust Number 02 -040, is the owner of record
of the property legally described in exhibit A and illustrated in the attached plat of survey; and
WHEREAS, New Horizon Homes, Inc., beneficial owner of Outlot C through
Hinsbrook Bank Land Trust 02 -040, agrees that it remains responsible for payment of real estate
taxes until the real estate tax exemption is granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Board accepts the attached Trustee's Deed made
between Hinsbrook Bank and Trust and the Village of Lemont with the following condition:
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL, AND DU PAGE,
ILLINOIS, on this 22 "d day of May, 2006.

THIS INDENTURE, made this 27th of February, 2003 between HINSBROOK BANK & TRUST,
of Willowbrook, Illinois, duly authorized by the Statutes of Illinois to execute trusts, as Trustee under the
provision or provision(s) of a Deed or Deeds in Trust, duly recorded or registered and delivered to said Bank
in pursuance of a Trust Agreement dated the 26th day of August, 2002, and known as Trust No. 02 -040,

Dear Mr. Brown:
By this letter, I confirm that New Horizon Homes, Inc., the beneficial owner of
the referenced property through a Hinsbrook Bank Land Trust agrees that it remains
responsible for payment of real estate taxes until the real estate tax exemption is granted.
I have been advised by John Antonopoulos, the attorney for the Village of Lemont, that
the Village of Lemont will make an application for a tax exemption for this property, and,
if a tax refund is received for real estate taxes paid by New Horizon Homes, Inc., these
monies shall be refunded to New Horizon Homes, Inc.
