I have been advised by John Antonopoulos, the attorney for the Village of Lemont, that the Village of Lemont will make an application for a tax exemption for this property, and, if a tax refund is received for real estate taxes paid by New Horizon Homes, Inc., these monies shall be refunded to New Horizon Homes, Inc.
