RESOLUTION NO. k 06 RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION (At Equestrian Estates) WHEREAS, the petitioner is the owner of the subject property consisting of 1.84 acres located in Equestrian Estates, on Horseshoe Lane in unincorporated Cook County and legally described in Exhibit A attached; and WHEREAS, the Plat of Subdivision is not within any municipality but is within the one and one half mile review planning area of the Village of Lemont; and WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Final Plat of Subdivision for the subject property, to be known as "Rarcoa Subdivision," attached hereto as Attachment 2; and WHEREAS, the petitioner has paid a cash contribution to the Lemont School and Park Districts for the addition of one lot, as required by Village of Lemont Ordinance 0 -4 -04; and WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Subdivision is in substantial conformance with the physical development policies and standards of the Village of Lemont and was recommended by the Village of Lemont Plan Commission; and NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont that the Final Plat of Subdivision for Rarcoa Subdivision, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby approved.
