RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PERMANENT
TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT (GARZA/ROBERTS)
PIN NUMBER 22 -20- 440 -033
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont has received a Plat of Easement for Temporary
Construction at 503 Lemont Street, attached hereto as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, said Plat of Easement allows for construction of the Castle Bowl Dam
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Lemont that the Plat of Easement attached hereto as Exhibit A is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS, on this
10th day of July, 2006.
