RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PERMANENT WATE
(RUFFLED FEATHERS /MEADOWL
PIN 22 -23- 203 -024
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont has received an Easement from the Ruffled Feathers
Homeowners Association for a water main extension into the Mdowlark Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, said Permanent ,Water Main Easement allows for the water main to be
properly located in a dedicated easement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Lemont that the Permanent Water Main Easement attached hereto is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS, on this 11th day
of September, 2006.
