RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PERMANENT DRAINAGE EASEMENT
(FERRY)
PIN NUMBER 22 -20- 440 -008
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont has received a Plat of Easement for Permanent
Drainage Easement at 511 Lemont Street, attached hereto as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, said Plat of Easement allows for construction,of the Castle Bowl Dam
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by thelPresident: and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Lemont that the Plat of Easement attached . hereto as Exhibit A is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS, on this
