RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A WARRANTY DEED
FOR OUTLOT PARCELS AT BRIARCLIFFE ESTATES
(Lot # 88, 130, 131, 133)
WHEREAS, a Resolution Approving Final Plat of Subdivision for Briarcliffe Estates
Subdivision was passed September, 8th 2003;
WHEREAS, the Developer intends to convey the Deed to the Outlot Parcels in the
Briarcliffe Estates Subdivision to the Village of Lemont;
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont has agreed to accept the title of ownership for Lot #
88, 130, 131, and 133 in Briarcliffe Estates, hereby listed as PIN# 22 -30- 312 - 001 -0000, P1N# 22-
30- 307 - 011 -0000, PIN# 22 -30- 305- 009 -0000, and PIN# 22 -30- 306 -021 -0000;
WHEREAS, the acceptance of the outlot parcels in Briarcliffe Estates in no way
constitutes acceptance of public improvements of the subdivision by the Village of Lemont nor
transfer of the maintenance obligations of said outlot parcels; and
WHEREAS, the Developer will continue to pay the property taxes on the outlot parcels
until the exemption is finalized;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Lemont, Illinois, as follows:
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL, AND DuPAGE,
ILLINOIS, on this 27th day of November, 2006
