ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10.12 OF THE LEMONT MUNICIPAL CODE
THROUGH, STOP, AND ONE -WAY STREETS
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont
that the Lemont Municipal Code Chapter 10.12 be amended as follows:
SECTION 1:
10.12.056 All -Way Stop Intersections— Designated.
It is unlawful to operate any vehicle in violation of the following posted stop signs:
East Street and Lintz Street
SECTION 2: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and publication in the manner provided by law.
SECTION 3: Repealer: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith shall be
and the same are hereby repealed.
The Village Clerk of the Village of Lemont shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published in pamphlet form.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL, AND DU PAGE, ILLINOIS, on
this 26th day of November , 2007.
