FINDINGS OF FACT
d. The use is deemed necessary for the public convenience at that location because it
keeps the more intense use of parking and storing trucks and machinery in a district
that is zoned and being used in a like manner.
e. The property has been used for the past two years in a manner that protected
operated the public health, safety and welfare.
f. Since this use is similar to, and in some cases less intense than surrounding uses it
will not cause substantial injury to the value of other property in the neighborhood in
which it is located.
