A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROVAL OF THE
PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAT APPROVAL FOR A THREE
ACRE PARCEL LOCATED EAST OF KEEPATAW TRAILS SUBDIVISION,
AT 12806 ARCHER AVENUE, IN LEMONT, ILLINOIS
(CROSSING CREEK SUBDIVISION)
WHEREAS, John Bobak, hereinafter referred to as the "Petitioner ", is the owner of approximately
three acres, hereinafter referred to as "the subject property" with P.I.N. # 22 -33- 200 -005 in Lemont, Illinois,
said parcels legally described in Exhibit "A" attached to this Resolution.
WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Preliminary PUD Plan of Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Lemont, Illinois, in accordance with said
Zoning Ordinance, conducted a Public Hearing on the petition on December 16, 2004; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has submitted the Preliminary Plat of Subdivision for the Crossing Creek,
attached hereto as Exhibit "B "; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont have determined the
proposed subdivision to be in the best interest of the Village of Lemont.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees that the
Preliminary Plat of Subdivision, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL, AND DUPAGE, ILLINOIS, on this 14th day of
February 14, 2005.
