RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A TRUSTEE'S DEED
(Singer Landing Lots 4 and 5)
WHEREAS, the Village Board on October 25, 2004, approved a final plat of subdivision
for the development known as Singer Landing; and
WHEREAS, William O'Malley d/b /a New market Development, Inc., is interested in
donating certain described parcels to the Village of Lemont; and
WHEREAS, Marquette Bank f /n/a/ Marquette National Bank, an Illinois Banking
Association, as Trustee under the provisions of a deed or deeds in trust, duly recorded and
delivered to said bank in pursuance of a Trustee Agreement dated August 31, 2000, and known
as Trust Number 15474, is the owner of record of the property legally described in exhibit A; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Board accepts the attached Trustee's Deed made
between Marquette Bank and the Village of Lemont.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL, AND DU PAGE, ILLINOIS, on
