RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT
FOR WATER MAIN AT
OUTLOTS "P" AND "F" - RUFFLED FEATHERS SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont has received a Grant of Easement for water main on private
property located in outlots "P" and "F" in Ruffled Feathers subdivision and legally described on the
document attached hereto as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, said Grant of Easement shall provide the Village of Lemont the right of access to
construct, repair, inspect, maintain and operate the water main within said easement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Lemont that the Grant of Easement attached hereto as Exhibit A is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND U PAGE, ILLINOIS, on this 9th
day of May , 2005.
