R-29-05 Accepting A Plat Of Dedication For Public Right Of Way P.I.N. 22-27-301-001RESOLUTION RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PLAT OF DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY P.I.N. # 22 -27- 301 -001 WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont has received a Plat of Dedication for Public Right of Way in Rilly's Point commercial development generally located between McCarthy Road, Derby Road, and Archer Avenue and legally described on the document attached hereto as Exhibit A; and WHEREAS, said Plat of Dedication provides 38.00 feet dedicated for McCarthy Road and 33.00 feet dedicated for Derby Road for use as Public Right of Way. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont that the Plat of Dedication attached hereto as Exhibit A is hereby approved.
