R-47-05 Accepting A Plat Of Easement For Sanitary Sewer P.I.N. 22-33-201-012RESOLUTION () RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PLAT OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER P.I.N. 22 -33- 201 -012 WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont has received a Plat of Easement for Sanitary Sewer at 12785 Archer Avenue, attached hereto as Exhibit A; and WHEREAS, said Plat of Easement allows for construction of the sanitary sewer force main for the 131st Street Sanitary Dutfall Sewer Project.
