RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PLAT OF EASEMENT
FOR SANITARY SEWER
P.I.N. 22 -33- 201 -012
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont has received a Plat of Easement for Sanitary Sewer at
12785 Archer Avenue, attached hereto as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, said Plat of Easement allows for construction of the sanitary sewer force main
for the 131st Street Sanitary Dutfall Sewer Project.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Lemont that the Plat of Easement attached hereto as Exhibit A is hereby
approved. s
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS, on this
