MAIL TO: VILLAGE OF LEMONT 418 MAIN STREET LEMONT, IL 60439 RESOLUTION NO. 2 '13 .05' RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION FOR GLENS OF CONNEMARA SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, HomeWerks, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "the Petitioner ", is the owner of an approximately 68 acre parcel, hereinafter referred to as "the subject property", generally located AT THE NORTH SIDE OF 131 ST STREET, APPROXIMATELY 1300 FEET WEST OF BELL ROAD, and legally described in Exhibit A, attached; and WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Final Plat of Subdivision for the subject property, which is known as Glens of Connemara; and WHEREAS the petitioner has submitted the Final Plat of Subdivision for the 140 lot single - family homes to be known as Glens of Connemara Subdivision, attached hereto as Exhibit B, and; WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Subdivision is in substantial conformance with the physical development policies and standards of the Village of Lemont. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont that the Final Plat of Subdivision for Glens of Connemara, which is attached hereto and made part hereof, is hereby approved subject to the following conditions and the terms and provisions of the annexation agreement authorized by Ordinance: 1. All signatures shall be executed on the plat prior to recordation; 2.
