WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont has received a Plat of Easement from Prairie Bank &
Trust Company, Trust 05 -115, as trustee, and
WHEREAS, said Plat of Easement allows for construction of a sanitary sewer and water
main at the northeast corner of 131st Street and Derby Road on 131st Street.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Lemont that the Plat of Easement attached hereto is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS, on this 28th day
