WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont has received a Plat of Easement from the homeowner
at 13110 Fox Hill Drive, and
WHEREAS, said Plat of Easement allows for construction of a sanitary sewer and water
main.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Lemont that the Plat of Easement attached hereto is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS, on this 19th day
of December, 2005.

THIS GRANT OF EASEMENT, made
this 15`h day of November, 2005, from
ANDREAS D. TAYLOR and
SHELLEY L. TAYLOR, husband and
wife, 13110 Fox Hill Drive, Lemont,
Illinois 60439 (hereinafter referred to
as "Grantor "), to the VILLAGE OF
LEMONT, a Municipal Corporation
organized and existing under the laws
of the State of Illinois (hereinafter
referred to as the "Village "), having its
principal office at 418 Main Street,
Lemont, Illinois 60439.

WHEREAS, the Village has requested a Sewer and Water Main Easement under certain property
that is owned by the Grantor; and
WHEREAS, the Grantor is willing to grant said non - exclusive perpetual easement, right, privilege,
and authority to the Village, upon the terms and conditions herein set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefit of the parties, the Grantor does hereby
bargain, sell, grant, transfer and convey to their successors and assigns, the perpetual non-
exclusive easement, right, permission and authority to construct, reconstruct, repair, replace,
operate, and maintain sewer and water main over the following described property:
See Plat of Easement attached hereto a Exhibit "A ".

IN CONSIDERATION of the grant of the perpetual easement, right, privilege and authority herein
contained, this Sewer and Water Main Easement is subject to the following conditions:
FIRST: The Preambles set forth above are hereby incorporated into and made a part of this
Sewer and Water Main Easement.
SECOND: The rights and obligations of the Grantor and the Village respectively hereunder, shall
inure to the benefit of and be binding upon their respective successors and assigns, and all terms,
conditions, and covenants herein shall be construed as covenants, running with the land.
THIRD: In consideration for granting the Sewer and Water Main Easement, the Village hereby
waives any and all changes, including but not limited to water tap on fees for one water hook -up
for one residential dwelling on the property of Grantor, and reimburse the Grantor for the cost of
connecting water service to existing residence.
FOURTH: The Village hereby represents and warrants that it will restore any disturbed property
to its original condition.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor and the Village have executed this instrument , and have
hereunto set their hands and seals on the day and date first written above, hereby releasing and
waivi .ri• s under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of Illinois.
