O-14-05 02/14/2005it ORDINANCE NOD- /'i' 5 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT AN APPROXIMATELY THREE (3) ACRE PARCEL LOCATED AT 12806 ARCHER AVENUE IN LEMONT, ILLINOIS (CROSSING CREEK SUBDIVISION) ADOPTED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT THIS 14T" DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2005 PUBLISHED IN PAMPHLET FORM BY AUTHORITY OF THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COOK, DUPAGE, AND WILL COUNTIES, ILLINOIS THIS 14T" DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2005. .1 ORDINANCE NO. 0 "/ 4' b5 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT AN APPROXIMATELY THREE (3) ACRE PARCEL LOCATED AT 12806 ARCHER AVENUE IN LEMONT, ILLINOIS (CROSSING CREEK SUBDIVISION) WHEREAS, the Clerk of the Village of Lemont has received a petition for annexation pursuant to Chapter 65, Act 5, Section 7 -1 -1 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes: and, WHEREAS, the territory described in the petition is not within the corporate limits of any municipality but is contiguous to the Village of Lemont; and, WHEREAS, the land proposed to be annexed will continue to be serviced by the same Fire Protection District and Library District; and, WHEREAS, the Village has previously approved a certain annexation agreement which obligates the Village to annex the property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont, Counties of Cook, DuPage, and Will, State of Illinois, as follows: Section 1. That the following described territory: (Exhibit "A" attached), P.I.N. #'s: 22- 33 -200- 005, being indicated on an accurate map of the annexed territory (Exhibit "B" attached) is hereby annexed to the Village of Lemont, Counties of Cook, DuPage, and Will, State of Illinois. Section 2. That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to record with the Recorder of Deeds, and to file with the County Clerk, a certified copy of this Ordinance with an accurate map of the territory annexed appended. Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication in pamphlet form as provided by law. Section 4. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith shall be and the same are hereby repealed.
