AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A ZONING MAP AMENDMENT FROM COOK COUNTY R -4 RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO VILLAGE R -4 SINGLE FAMILY DETACHED RESIDENCE DISTRICT AT 12806 ARCHER AVENUE IN LEMONT, ILLINOIS (CROSSING CREEK SUBDIVISION) WHEREAS, John Bobak, hereinafter referred to as "the Petitioner ", is the owner of approximately 3 acres at 12806 Archer Avenue in Lemont, Illinois, hereinafter referred to as "the subject property", PIN # 22 -33- 200 -005 in Lemont, Illinois; said parcel is legally described in "Exhibit A" attached to this Ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Petitioner made application under the provisions of the Lemont Zoning Ordinance for a zoning map amendment to Village R -4 Single Family Detached Residence District from Cook County R -4 Residential District, pursuant under Sections XVI and XVIII I and J.; and WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Lemont, Illinois, in accordance with said Zoning Ordinance, after a Public Hearing on the petition, on December 16, 2004 and recommend approval of said Zoning Map Amendment by a vote of 6 -0 with one absence, and recommends approval to the Village Board; and WHEREAS, a notice of the aforesaid Public Hearing was made in the manner provided by law and was published in the Lemont Reporter Met, a newspaper of general circulation within the Village; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont, that the Petitioner, John Bobak, be granted the requested Zoning Map Amendment from Cook County R -4 Residence District to Lemont R -4 Single Family Detached Residence District. Section 1. A zoning map amendment is granted to allow the change in the zoning classification to Lemont R -4 Single Family Detached Residence District as illustrated in the Plat of Survey attached as Exhibit `B ". Section 2. The zoning map amendment shall lapse in the event the Petitioner does not file a complete application for a site development permit within one (1) year of the effective date of this Ordinance.
