AN ORDINANCE GRANTING THE REQUEST FOR REZONING AT 10990 ARCHER AVENUE, FROM
COOK COUNTY C-4 (GENERAL SERVICE) TO LEMONT M -2 ZONING WITH SPECIAL USE FOR
OUTSIDE STORAGE OF TRUCKS (MANUFACTURING) IN LEMONT, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, Lawrence Mulhern, hereinafter referred to as "the Petitioner ", is the owner
of a .91 acre parcel, hereinafter referred to as "the subject property ", located at 10990 Archer
Avenue, in Lemont, Illinois; said parcel is legally described in Exhibit "A" attached to this
Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Petitioners made application under the provisions of the Lemont
Zoning Ordinance for the rezoning of the parcel in question to M -2 Zoning (Manufacturing)
with a Special Use for Outdoor Storage of Trucks from Cook County C -4 Zoning (General),
pursuant under Section X(D); and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Lemont, Illinois, in
accordance with said Zoning Ordinance, conducted a Public Hearing on the petition on June 7,
2005; and
WHEREAS, a notice of the aforesaid Public Hearing was made in the manner provided
by law and was published in the Daily Southtown, a newspaper of general circulation within the
Village; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Lemont, that the Petitioner, Lawrence Mulhern, be granted the requested rezoning to
M -2 Zoning (Manufacturing District) with a Special Use for Outside Storage of Trucks from
Cook County C -4 Zoning (General Service), as illustrated in the Plat of Survey attached as
Exhibit "B ".

THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL, AND DU PAGE, ILLINOIS,
on this 12th day of September, 2005.
