AN ORDINANCE GRANTING THE REQUEST FOR REZONING AT 15260129th,
FROM COOK COUNTY R-4 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT) TO R -2
ZONING (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT) IN LEMONT, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, Todd and Christine Fischer, hereinafter referred to as "the Petitioners ", are
the owners of a 1.30 acre parcel, hereinafter referred to as "the subject property ", located at
15260 129th Street, in Lemont, Illinois.
WHEREAS, the Petitioners made application under the provisions of the Lemont Zoning
Ordinance for the rezoning of the parcel in question to R -2 Zoning (Single Family Residence
District) from Cook County R -4 Zoning (Single Family Residence District), pursuant under
Section IXIII J.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Lemont, Illinois, in
accordance with said Zoning Ordinance, conducted a Public Hearing on the petition on August
16, 2005;
WHEREAS, a notice of the aforesaid Public Hearing was made in the manner provided
by law and was published in the Lemont Reporter Met, a newspaper of general circulation within
the Village; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Lemont, that;
Section 1: The Petitioners, Todd and Christine Fischer, be granted the requested
rezoning to R -2 Single Family Residence District from Cook County R -4 Single Family
Residence District, as illustrated in the Plat of Annexation attached as Exhibit "A ";
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL, AND DU PAGE,
ILLINOIS, on this 12th day of September, 2005.
