ORDINANCE NO. ` li AN ORDINANCE GRANTING THE REQUEST FOR REZONING THE NORTH SIDE OF 131sT STREET, APPROXIMATELY 1300 FEET WEST OF BELL ROAD, FROM CooK COUNTY R -3 TO LEMONT R -4 PUD SINGLE - FAMILY RESIDENTS ZONING IN LEMONT, ILLINOIS WHEREAS, HomeWerks, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "the Petitioner ", is the owner of a 68 acre parcel, hereinafter referred to as "the subject property ", located at the NORTH SIDE OF 131sT STREET, APPROXIMATELY 1300 FEET WEST OF BELL ROAD, in Lemont, Illinois; said parcel is legally described in Exhibit "A" attached to this Ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Petitioners made application under the provisions of the Lemont Zoning Ordinance for the rezoning of the parcel in question to Lemont R -4 PUD Single Family , pursuant under Section VII(E); and WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Lemont, Illinois, in accordance with said Zoning Ordinance, conducted a Public Hearing on the petition on June 21, 2005; and WHEREAS, a notice of the aforesaid Public Hearing was made in the manner provided by law and was published in the Lemont Reporter, a newspaper of general circulation within the Village; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont, that the Petitioner, HomeWerks, LLC, be granted the requested rezoning to LEMONT R -4 PUD SINGLE - FAMILY RESIDENTS from Cook County R -3 Zoning, as illustrated in the Plat of Survey attached as Exhibit "B ".
