RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
OF SUBDIVISION FOR ASHBURY WOODS PUD, PHASE II
WHEREAS, Donven Homes, Inc., hereby known as "petitioner," is the owner of certain property
consisting of approximately 7.58 acres located adjacent to the Ashbury Woods Subdivision in Lemont, IL,
approved by Resolution R -53 -02 on August 20, 2002, and legally described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto;
and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared the Final Plat of Subdivision for Ashbury Woods PUD, Unit
II; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has submitted the Final Plat of Subdivision for 33 single - family attached
residential units to be known as Ashbury Woods PUD, Phase II, attached hereto as Exhibit `B;" and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont have determined the
proposed Planned Unit Development to be in the best interest of the Village of Lemont.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees that the final
plat of subdivision for Ashbury Woods PUD, Phase H, attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL, AND DUPAGE, ILLINOIS, on this 12th
