WHEREAS, the petitioners Ronald and Cynthia Burning are the owners of certain
property consisting of Lots 9 and 10 in Eagle Ridge Estates Subdivision generally located
southwest of the intersection of Acorn Street and Cypress Drive in Lemont, Illinois and legally
described in Exhibit "A" attached; and
WHEREAS, the petitioners desire to consolidate the property into one parcel; and
WHEREAS, the petitioners have prepared a one (1) lot Plat of Consolidation for the
subject property; and
WHEREAS, the Plat of Consolidation is in substantial conformance with the physical
development policies and standards of the Village of Lemont; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance 0- 25 -99, the Community Development Director
has recommended approval of the Plat of Consolidation.
