RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
OF SUBDIVISION FOR SINGER LANDING PUD
WHEREAS, Bill O'Malley, doing business as New Market Development LLC,
hereinafter referred to as "the Petitioner ", is the owner of an approximately 5.3 acre parcel,
hereinafter referred to as "the subject property", generally located north of Main Street east of the
east end of Talcott Street and legally described in Exhibit A, attached; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Final Plat of Subdivision for the subject
property, which is known as Singer Landing PUD; and
WHEREAS the petitioner has submitted the Final Plat of Subdivision for a development
of 48 condominium dwelling units to be known as Singer Landing PUD, and;
WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Subdivision is in substantial conformance with the
preliminary Planned Unit Development approved by Village Ordinance No. 0- 67 -02, approved on
November 25, 2002 and the physical development policies and standards of the Village of
Lemont.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Lemont that the Final Plat of Subdivision for Singer Landing PUD, which is attached
hereto and made part hereof, is hereby approved subject to the following conditions and the terms
and provisions of the preliminary planned unit development authorized by Ordinance No. 0 -67-
02:
1. Land -cash contributions and the annexation fees have been paid to the Village of
Lemont in accordance with Village Ordinances, as follows:

2. Acceptance by the Village of a conveyance of lots 4 and 5 in a form acceptable to

4. Extension of the right of way of Grace Court to the east property line.
