A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROVAL OF THE PRELIMINARY PUD PLAT OF SUBDIVISION FOR APPROXIMATELY 8.5 ACRE PARCEL(S), LOCATED WEST OF RUFFLED FEATHERS SUBDIVISON AT 14407 & 14423 W. 131ST STREET IN LEMONT, ILLINOIS (MEADOW LARK SUBDIVISION, PHASE I) WHEREAS, Andrzej Benarezyk with All Pro Development, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "the Petitioner ", are the owners of approximately 8.5 acres, hereinafter referred to as "the subject property" with P.I.N. #'s: 22 -33 -203 & 22 -33- 203 -024 in Lemont, Illinois, said parcels legally described in Exhibit "A" attached to this Resolution. WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Preliminary PUD Plat of Subdivision; and WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Lemont, Illinois, in accordance with said Zoning Ordinance, conducted a Public Hearing on the petition on May 3, 2004, and June 7, 2004; and WHEREAS, the petitioner has submitted the Preliminary PUD Plat of Subdivision for the Meadow Lark Subdivision, Phase I, attached hereto as Exhibit `B "; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont have determined the proposed subdivision to be in the best interest of the Village of Lemont. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees that the Preliminary PUD Plat of Subdivision, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby approved. PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL, AND DUPAGE, ILLINOIS, on this 25`h day of October, 2004.
