RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION FOR
COVINGTON KNOLLS, UNIT SEVEN
(Single - family Subdivision)
WHEREAS, the petitioner is the owner of certain property consisting of
approximately forty acres generally located on the north of Covington Drive, east of First
Street, in Lemont, Illinois and legally described in Exhibit "A" attached; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Final Plat of Subdivision known as
Covington Knolls Subdivision, Unit Seven; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont have
determined the proposed Plat of Subdivision to be in the best interest of the Village of
Lemont.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
that the plat for the Covington Knolls Subdivision, Unit Seven, which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof, is hereby approved, subject to the conditions in Exhibit `B ".
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL, AND
DuPAGE, ILLINOIS, on this 22nd day of November, 2004.
