RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER &
WATER MAIN AT 16680 NEW AVENUE
P.I.N 22 -30- 101 -041
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont has received a Grant of Easement for sanitary sewer and
water main on private property located at 16680 New Avenue and legally described on the document
attached hereto as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, said Grant of Easement shall provide the Village of Lemont the right of access to
construct, repair, inspect, maintain and operate the sanitary sewer and water main system within said
easement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Lemont that the Grant of Easement attached hereto as Exhibit A is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DU PAGE, ILLINOIS, on
this 13`h day of December , 2004.
