WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont has received a Plat of Easement for Permanent
Drainage Easement at 1012 Crestview Drive, attached hereto as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, said Plat of Easement allows for construction of a storm sewer to service the
adjacent properties.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Lemont that the Plat of Easement attached hereto as Exhibit A is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS, on this
24th day of March, 2008.
